Eagle’s Nest. Sitting on a giant piece of granite, this home overlooks a beautiful marina of the Eagle Harbour Yacht Club. Built by a famous Vancouver architect Fulvio Sorrentino back in the 1970s, the home features painted wood to reflect the natural beauty of its surroundings.
Sun rises in New West. On the tip of a peninsula, amongst the greenery of parks and the Fraser River sits a modern townhome complex. High ceilings, glass railings and large windows, create an open, airy space for fun or contemplation. Harmonious integration of a complete kitchen and a large high-top table makes a morning cup of coffee just as easy.
As a child growing up, everything seems bigger, but when one returns to their ancestral home, everything seems the opposite. This is the reason our client wanted to do a complete renovation of his childhood home.
In this project, we tied the client’s love of coffee with a custom coffee bar next to a framed working kitchen.

Explore our brands or contact us for a mail-out catalogue. Once clients have an idea and a rough budget for the project, they contact us for an appointment or a job site visit. Some visits require an up-front payment.
In preparation for the appointment, the client gathers as much information as possible such as spacial ideas, floor plans, elevations, list of appliances, design wish list, photos, etc. for the most effective use of time.
After all the necessary information (plans, elevations, specs etc) is received, we will prepare 3D visualizations of a kitchen or a living space along with a quote on cabinetry, appliances, accessories, etc. Our visualizations allow the organic understanding of the client’s design, the quote allows the understanding of the project’s budget before purchase commitment.
Should the client choose to continue working with us, we will ask for a design retainer. After the design retainer is paid, we continue our design and planning work.
Once the final design is approved, the contract is signed and a deposit will be required. Payment structure varies from product to product. For kitchen cabinets, the first deposit is 50%. The design retainer will be applied to the final amount owing. Our team works with the client’s contractor and/or designer to create final drawings.
The order is sent to the factory for processing, manufacturing and transportation.
Two weeks before the product arrives, our designer and project manager will visit the job site to make sure that it is ready for delivery and installation. The job site must be nearing completion with the final touches done. The meeting will involve our team and the client’s contractor.
Your cabinetry will arrive at our storage facility in Vancouver. Our project manager will contact you to schedule the delivery. The final payment is required 3 working days before the delivery.
The job site is complete. Cabinetry, appliances, and accessories arrive and are unloaded. Unpacking and installation is scheduled.
Our project manager will communicate with the client or their general contractor consistently, assuring that all work is on schedule, coordinating cabinet, stone, and appliance installations without delay.
The kitchen and millwork project is complete. The client begins to use their cabinetry and appliances.
Our installation team will return to re-adjust some doors and drawers usually one month after initial installation. Another follow-up is made in 11 months.
We encourage our clients to contact us for a house or virtual call for assistance with all of our purchased products.
