Our process

Designing and getting your new kitchen or cabinetry from German industry leaders is easier, simpler and more exciting that it may seem.

After browsing our website and uncovering some design ideas, we would love to meet with you in our state-of-the-art showroom. You can make an appointment to meet with a designer and project manager today, whether it’s to explore a design idea for a new kitchen or even a complete house renovation. We do it all. We can even meet you on site if needed.

Try to bring as much information as possible with you like your spacial ideas, floor plans, elevations, list of appliances, wish list, photos, etc.

We will prepare 3D visualizations of your kitchen or living space along with a document that details information on appliances, accessories and pricing. Our renderings allow you to see your design before purchase. If you are not ready to proceed, you will be asked to settle a design retainer before any drawings will be released or amended. The design retainer is credited to your account when you place your order. Should you decide not to proceed, the fee paid will remain on account for a period of two years for you to use in our store.

Once the final design is approved and the contract is signed, the specified deposit will be required. It’s normally 50% of the total contract. Our order checkers communicate with your designer or contractor to make sure that the order is accurate. The final drawings will then be completed and issued to all appropriate parties.

The order is sent to Germany for processing and manufacturing. Lead time for cabinetry is 12-16 weeks from the date of order.

Before your cabinetry arrives, our designer and project manager will visit your job site to make sure that it is ready for delivery and installation.

Your cabinetry will arrive to port and will be offloaded to our secure warehouse. Our project manager will contact you to schedule the delivery. A partial payment, usually 40%, is required 3 working days prior to the delivery.

Your job site is complete, the kitchen is the last and the most exciting part of your project. The kitchen, appliances, and accessories arrive and are offloaded to your secure job site.

Unpacking begins immediately and installation usually begins the next day. Your project manager will communicate with you or your general contractor constantly to make sure that everything is on time and there are no issues. Upon completion we will collect the remaining balance of our original agreement.

Now that your German kitchen is installed, you cannot wait to use it. Our installers will return to re-adjust everything once you have loaded up all the drawers and have really made this kitchen yours. Our designer and project manager can be reached for a face-to-face appointment or by phone call to answer questions or help you use your kitchen. We take great pride in our services and that continues on for the lifetime of your kitchen.

After gaining access to your account, you can book a meeting room using the calendar.
