THE OUTCOME
The homeowners love hosting large gatherings with friends, so the main kitchen was designed with entertaining in mind. A spacious island provides generous three-sided seating and creates a natural gathering place at the heart of the home. Conceived as the showpiece of the residence, the kitchen concept was developed by K3N Design Studio and executed with matte acrylic glass cabinetry by LEICHT, featuring a subtle pearlescent finish with exceptional depth and texture. The final kitchen was built precisely according to the K3N concept renderings, achieving an outcome that looks virtually identical to the original visualizations.
The expansive kitchen island, crafted from a jumbo Dekton Travertine slab, was designed with both elegance and innovation in mind. To overcome the natural slab size limitations and maintain a seamless appearance, the design incorporates an elevated bartop that artistically extends the surface while concealing any potential joints. The result is a sophisticated statement piece with uninterrupted visual flow and refined architectural character.
Adjacent to the main kitchen, the dining area features a custom lowboard by Zonavita paired with an innovative rotating TV panel designed to switch seamlessly between horizontal and vertical formats. The flexible display layout allows the screen to better accommodate modern media viewing, including vertically formatted social media and Instagram content.
The main kitchen incorporates two concealed passage doors leading to the fully equipped spice kitchen, maintaining the clean and uninterrupted appearance of the space. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room features a fireplace framed by dramatic 15-foot-high open shelving with integrated LED lighting, custom crafted by Zonavita.
The game room embraces a dramatic palette of dark grey tones, featuring custom cabinetry by Zonavita finished in UV Lacquer Marmara Marble and matte black accents. The tinted mirror in the bar area and fluted walnut wall panels add warmth, texture, and sophistication to the space. Suspended cabinets with sliding doors provide easy access to gaming consoles and hi-fi audio equipment while maintaining the room’s clean architectural appearance.
The entrance to the game room is highlighted by a climate-controlled glass wine cellar clad in rich Carini walnut panels by Zonavita. Combining warm natural textures with sleek contemporary detailing, the feature creates a sophisticated transition into the entertainment space — where every game becomes even more enjoyable with a glass of wine nearby.
The floating master bathroom vanity and makeup table by LEICHT feature an elegantly integrated grip channel built directly into the drawer fronts. This refined yet highly durable solution incorporates a slim powder-coated steel profile colour-matched to the cabinetry finish, combining minimalist aesthetics with exceptional functionality and long-term durability.
We supplied and installed custom cabinetry and millwork in 22 areas throughout this beautiful home. The pool area is equally impressive — although, unfortunately, we can’t take credit for the sunshine, the view, or the swimming pool itself.
