Green house, guest house, light house – Penthouse.  Perched on the 13th floor, unobstructed, and overlooking almost the entire Robson Street, the busiest and most vibrant street in Vancouver, this home’s “renovation fate” fell into the right hands.

THE OUTCOME

The view from the entryway. Custom glass cabinet keeps the furniture look, while serving a full height storage space. Back of the island houses more storage for hungry dinner guests.
Appliance integration is everything. Panels hide large appliances and small appliances are concealed behind bifold doors at counter height.
MODO rail with the butcher block, towel holder, and surface holder keeps the counter clear and undercabinet lighting above, show off the brushed aluminum.
The road to perfection was tough. White interior and the navy of the night are fighting for attention. Light dominates the dark.
Bar has reached cruising altitude. Client’s collection of Riedel, Iittala, and other barware keep the Nordic Pine interiors company behind glass.
